Daylight Saving Time Ends November 5, 2017
It could affect your credit card terminal
On November 5, 2017, Daylight Saving Time (DST) will end at 2:00 AM. In locations where DST is observed, the clocks move back 1 hour. This may affect your credit card terminal, especially if your terminal relies on auto-close.
Some credit card terminals will not automatically pick up on the time change and require a manual date/time reconfiguration. Below are instructions on how to perform this change on the Verifone VX520 or aDejavoo Systems V Series terminal (V5, V8, etc) if your terminal does not automatically correct the clock.
